Ingredients
- Dough:
1 cup Wheat flour
1 pinch Salt
Water – as needed
Mix these and make a soft dough. Remember it shouldn’t too soft or too hard
- Mixture :
1 cup crushed paneer
2 pcs Onion
1 tbsp Ginger paste or finely chopped
2 tbsp Garlic paste or finely chopped
3/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric
Chopped Coriander leaves as per your desire
2 pcs crushed pepper
2 tsp refine Oil
Salt – As needed
Ajino motto(optional)- it increase the flavour of the paneer momos
Instructions
Step 1:
- Heat a pan with oil. Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry in low flame for a minute.
- Add finely chopped onion and fry it until transparent or get golden brown
- Follow by red chilli powder, garam masala powder, pepper,turmeric and salt. Give it a stir.
- Add the crushed paneer and fry until oil separates.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
Step 2:
Make the dough balls and roll the balls into a circle say 3-4 inch

Now take out the rolled dough and add 1 tbsp paneer mixtures into it and shape the momos by closing its corner so that it is completely sealed

Step 4:
Heat a steamer with water at the below and steam the momos on top of it for 12minutes or until the momos seems shinny
( if using electrical steamer add steam paneer momos for 10 minutes)
Step 5 :
Now place the paneer momos to Steamer Bamboo Box and serve hot
