Deep fried chicken is a popular spicy, deep-fried Indian appetizer recipe. Deep Fried chicken is a flavourful dish prepared in a chili based sauce. It was originated in South India with an influence of Chinese cooking.Deep fried chicken served with chilly sauce.


Ingredients for chicken 65:
  • 250 grams chicken (boneless/with bone)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 6 black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp corn flour powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 ml oil for deep frying
how to cook best chicken 65:
  • Take the boneless chicken and marinate it with all the ingredients above
  • Take the 500ml oil in a deep pan and Heat the oil till it get very hot
  • Drip the marinated chicken into the oil and fry the chicken for about 5 - 7 minutes or until it gets golden brown.
  • Now serve with a chilli or tomato sauce as per your desire
